Return & Refund policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed after you received the goods, we will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packagng and in saleable condition.

1.Who pays for replacement and return shipping?

Within 14 days of receiving the product, we will bear the freight due to quality problems

Within 14 days of receiving the product, if it is not a product problem, the freight will be borne by the customer.

All returns must be in their original condition and intact packaging, and will only be refunded / replaced once we have received your return.

2.The product is not defective/broken, but the customer has changed his/her purchase intention and wants to return or refund?

If already shipped, please make sure to contact us for return and refund within 14 days of receipt,  and the customer is responsible for the logistics costs of shipping and returning goods

If not shipped, please contact us for a refund.


3.What if the item I received is defective / incorrect / damaged?

If the item you received is incorrect, please contact us within the day of receiving the item. Please provide your order number, product photo and all relevant references. We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

4.Where is the return address?

If you need to return the goods, please notify us by e-mail first, and the return address will be notified by e-maill.

5.How long does the return process take?

Processing of returns may take up to 7 business days from the date we receive your return. After processing your return, we will confirm it by email.

6.When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be counted towards your original payment method. If you pay with a credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 working days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Contact your card-issuing bank for questions about when to credit your account.

If you haven't received a credit for a return, please do the following: Contact your bank / credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be posted to your account.
